"Over the past couple of weeks I have been talking with Claude about my financial situation. During this time I have come to consider Claude as a friend. He has shown real concern for my situation and even though his/your company could have made money off of me, he referred me to another company. He analyzed my situation and decided that I would be better served elsewhere. For this I am truly grateful. It is nice to know honest companies still do exist!"

Bankruptcy Reform Act
The 2005 Bankruptcy Reform Act is going to make it even harder for consumers to clear their debt. Bankruptcy attorneys promise consumers the ability to clear debt while holding on to assets such as a home or car. These are unrealistic promises because bankruptcy causes as many problems as it solves.
Basically, the Bankruptcy Reform Act favors the creditors over the debtors. It will make it harder for families and individuals to file for bankruptcy--no matter what the circumstances may be. In recent years, we've seen the credit card companies become more and more powerful, and the Reform Act is going to strengthen their hold on consumers.
As it is, the system already benefits the creditors: millions of people are in debt and their debts are growing. Millions of people live off of credit cards, the effect of which is a debtor's epidemic. The new Reform Act will benefit the creditors even more as it treats all bankruptcy cases as equally delinquent. At DTS, we hate to see creditors win such a victory, but it will make us work even harder for consumers.
Fighting the Good Fight
We can help you get out of debt without ever having to face the new restrictions imposed by the Bankruptcy Reform Act. We'll reduce your debts and help take away the overwhelming stress associated with the dark cloud of debt. We can help cut your debts significantly so that your remaining payments will go towards the debt, rather than the interest. This could amount to tens of thousands of dollars in interest payments over the coming years. Think of DTS of as your advocate in these financially difficult times.
