With much effort and focus on my part and their loyal and professional help I became debt free in less than one year. I am so thankful that I found this program and DTS. "Again, thank you folks for the constantly prompt, thoughtful replies. You should hold classes for the rude companies and show them how to please their customers."
- L.W. - Tomahawk, Wisconsin
"I was skeptical at first, but after receiving such a great settlement so quickly I found a new commitment to get out of debt even faster! Thanks a million."
G.B. - Nashville, Tennesee
"Realizing that severe circumstances require severe measures was important. Having your people to talk with these creditors and stopping the phone calls was a simple relief in itself, and then having such great settlements come from it was unreal. I believe that all but 3 of my cases settled for half. I was able to borrow some of the money from my wife, and the rest I simply saved. I have a new baby on the way and I simply cannot imagine feeling the way I did 2 years ago and trying to enjoy that little miracle, it would have been impossible. My health had suffered so bad from the stress, and that too has changed. Thank you and your staff again."
Mr. Z. - Los Angeles, California
"I am glad that you understand my frustration and were able to lend an intelligent and compassionate perspective to the matter…Thanks again for your expert handling of the situation."
L. H. - Scottsdale, Arizona
"As I read your email I feel I have confidence that the debts will disappear very soon under your excellent and sincere hard work. I don't know how I can express my gratitude to you. One day you will be rewarded."
P.G. - Oakland, California

Credit Card Debt Relief
We cannot offer credit card debt relief to every customer who comes our way--but we do everything in our power to make it possible. First, if you have no money left in your bank account and no impending salary, it can be difficult to make a negotiation. A creditor needs to know that you'll be able to meet the terms of a negotiation.
Beginning a New Payment Plan
However, if you have a part-time job that brings in only a few hundred dollars a month, this could be enough to satisfy creditors. It depends on the nature and amount of the debt. Every situation is unique, so contact us and we'll determine how to best negotiate your debt with creditors.
Even if you are able to borrow money or sell off certain assets, this might be enough of a bargaining chip. So long as you have some capital coming in that will allow you to begin a new payment plan, we can negotiate on your behalf. Tell us about your complete financial situation so we'll have the full picture when we head to the bargaining table for you.
Another factor to take into consideration is the amount of debt you owe. If a debt total is less than $10,000, it is more difficult to negotiate with creditors. They may still shave off a small amount of money, but not as much as they would for a debt that is over $10,000. If your debt is just a few thousand dollars, it may not be worth your while to negotiate a new debt settlement--though this is not to suggest you should create more debt until your debt reaches $10,000 or above. A $50,000 credit limit can be tempting, but be careful. Let us help you decide which course of action is best--give us a call and tell us about your situation.
